When I try to pair a device, it takes an eternity (literally 10 minutes) for the 'Uninstalling Devices' process to complete. Even then, the system asks me to restart, but nothing seems to work. To make matters worse, my laptop has been experiencing extreme instability, often hanging during startup or after updates.
